Returns Policy

Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you change your mind, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale.

Easy Returns for Smaller Items

For smaller, non-bulky items such as cushions, furniture covers, and garden accessories, returns are quick and straightforward. If you’ve changed your mind, you can send these items back to us directly within 14 days of delivery — no special courier or collection needed. Just ensure they’re unused, in their original packaging, and safely packaged for return.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund (minus original delivery charges, if applicable). Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

To begin a return, simply contact us with your order number, and we’ll provide the return address and any helpful packing tips.

For Larger Items

For larger furniture sets delivered on pallets or by two-person teams, returns can be more complex and costly. We strongly encourage customers to double-check measurements, access points, and product suitability before placing an order. If you're unsure, our team is happy to help with advice or provide additional product details before you make a purchase.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps and arrange collection where applicable. Return courier costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll put it right as quickly as possible — just let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the issue.

Cancelling an Order

If you’ve changed your mind or no longer need an item, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally before it’s been dispatched. This helps us avoid unnecessary shipping, handling, and restocking processes, especially for larger furniture sets or items sent directly from our suppliers.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In these cases, the order would need to follow our standard returns process, and return courier fees may apply. For custom, made-to-order, or direct dispatch items, cancellation after dispatch may result in a restocking fee.

Prompt communication helps us minimise waste, reduce carbon impact, and keep things running smoothly, so if you need to cancel, don’t delay in getting in touch.
