All goods orders will be despatched within 24 hours on a next working day service. This means that your goods should arrive within 48 hours of placing your order.

You will receive a text with a tracking number on once the goods are despatched confirming the date they will be delivered. On the morning of delivery, you will receive a further text advising you of the delivery window. If you are not at home the goods can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if advised.
Yes, just submit the delivery address as different to your billing address as you submit your order. This cannot be changed once the order is completed.

If it is our mistake that goods have arrived incorrectly or are faulty, we will arrange the exchange via our own carrier and discuss a suitable date for this to happen. Please follow the returns procedure.

You can track the delivery of your items using the tracking number provided on the text message that was sent via the carrier at the time of despatch. If despatch is delayed and for any reason you have not received communication from us, please kindly email us with your order number through the contact us page. Refunds will be issued as soon as goods are returned to use by yourself or by the carrier. If you have not received notification of your refund within five working days of your goods being collected. Please contact us by email so we can investigate the delay.
